First step of our process involves you contacting us either by email or by phone at +971 4 3493 710. Once you have described your upcoming mailing job we can provide you with a price quote, postage estimates, and the time frame necessary to successfully complete your job.


Second step of our process requires us to procure your materials. You can send us your mailing list via email in any database format and we can print all of your labels, personalization and text. Rest of your materials can be delivered to us or we can schedule a pick-up.


Once we have all of your materials we begin to prepare your mailings. We print and set-up a few samples for your approval. We have the samples delivered or faxed to you and once you sign off and give us approval on the samples, we begin your job. We'll keep you updated to the progress of your job and you will have direct contact with the supervisor in charge of your job.


Finally, we will deliver your products to their destination. Usually this means we take your mail to the Post Office or we are delivering them to a specified location. However you want them sent we will make sure to get your items to your destination on time.
